The main goal of this project was to provide a functional open work area for the client while maintaining their budget parameters. In addition to some space planning in the open area, we also needed to outfit the private offices and conference room with flexible, FAST products and finishes.

To work within limited space in the open area, small touchdown workstations with fabric divider privacy was a great way to make the area functional. We also added a sleek collaboration table to encourage small huddles. In the private offices, the user can use their desk in multiple ways by including a fixed main surface and a height adjustable return. Our steel modesty panel adds a modern look while concealing anything below from visitors.
